very polite friendly and insightful. The salesman I spoke with was very knownledgible, althought I did not buy a bike today, I was left with the knowning when I am ready to buy one I will drive the 2 hours and buy it from Mackie's.

"The first time I walked into Mackie HD, I was greeted by Chris Hull. He was a great help in answering all of my question. He explained everything about the bike I was interested to purchase. After leaving that day I knew when I returned to make the purchase there would be "no" question in my mind that buying the bike would be done from the salesperson, Chris Hull. All the other staff all through the showroom were also very helpful, always offering to help. Particularly interesting because I am coming from a import car dealer as the service manager for 35 years. I am very impressed with all the staff at MACKIE HD. Yes, last week I purchased the ULTRA CLASSIC ELECTRA GLIDE. My first H-D! Yes, special "thanks" go to Colleen and Chris. They were great help with putting the deal together. These people know how to look after "the customer" with great service. Hats off to all the staff at Mackie H-D. "

"Well, what can I say. As purchaser of a motorcycle, everyone knows what a daunting task it can be, with many Manufacturers, Models of Bike and Dealers out there, you will be inundated with choice and information (can lead to brain overload and frustration). We had all be given up on finding a bike this year but by change we happened in to Mackie. And what an experience it was! In a society where customer service really count, well let me tell you, Mackie has nailed it!!!!! Everyone is courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very patient (they needed to be with my husband, he can take a very LONG time deciding what he really wants, LOL). We can not THANK everyone enough for your time and most importantly genuine/sincere customer service/support. We look forward to continuing to grow our relationship with your business! "This wa my first time dealing with Mackie HD. Jordan in parts was very helpful as I was putting alot of money into having my 2001 Roadking upgraded/rebuilt. He was very helpful in reccomending replacement parts and patient as I kept adding to the list as the time went on, Servicing was very helpful as well when they coontacted me to let me know of any problems that came up and provided sound advice on the work that had to be completed. Although a couple of minor glitches on picking up my bike( understandable as they had been working on it for a while). it was quickly sorted out and I was on my way. I fully intend to have future dealings with Mackie HD and reccomend them for the purchase of parts and accessories and service. I will be going back in the very near future. Thanks Mackie HD for all your help and great work. "
