"Well, what can I say. As purchaser of a motorcycle, everyone knows what a daunting task it can be, with many Manufacturers, Models of Bike and Dealers out there, you will be inundated with choice and information (can lead to brain overload and frustration). We had all be given up on finding a bike this year but by change we happened in to Mackie. And what an experience it was! In a society where customer service really count, well let me tell you, Mackie has nailed it!!!!! Everyone is courteous, extremely knowledgeable and very patient (they needed to be with my husband, he can take a very LONG time deciding what he really wants, LOL). We can not THANK everyone enough for your time and most importantly genuine/sincere customer service/support. We look forward to continuing to grow our relationship with your business! "I went in to Mackie HD with no intention of buying a new bike until next year. I was approached right away by Christopher Curry and within a few minutes I was test riding a 2009 FLHX. Needless to say, 4 days later, my brand new 2009 vivid black FLHX Street Glide was ready for pick up. "The first time I walked into Mackie HD, I was greeted by Chris Hull. He was a great help in answering all of my question. He explained everything about the bike I was interested to purchase. After leaving that day I knew when I returned to make the purchase there would be "no" question in my mind that buying the bike would be done from the salesperson, Chris Hull. All the other staff all through the showroom were also very helpful, always offering to help. Particularly interesting because I am coming from a import car dealer as the service manager for 35 years. I am very impressed with all the staff at MACKIE HD. Yes, last week I purchased the ULTRA CLASSIC ELECTRA GLIDE. My first H-D! Yes, special "thanks" go to Colleen and Chris. They were great help with putting the deal together.  Sat. Aug 14, 2010 -- Mackie H-D Manager's Ride. Departs 10:00am

Sat. Aug 14, 2010 -- Pre-Registration Party for the Ride for SickKids. Register for next week's ride early and support the Hospital for Sick Children 9:00am-5:00pm at Mackie H-D

Sun. Aug 22, 2010 -- Ride for SickKids. Registration begins at 9:00am, ride departs at 10am sharp.

Sun. Aug 29, 2010 -- Military Police National Motorcycle Relay Ride from Mackie H-D to CFB Trenton. Register between 10-11am, ride departs at 11am. Ride and show your support for our troops and selected charities.
