"I went in to Mackie HD with no intention of buying a new bike until next year. I was approached right away by Christopher Curry and within a few minutes I was test riding a 2009 FLHX. Needless to say, 4 days later, my brand new 2009 vivid black FLHX Street Glide was ready for pick up. "The first time I walked into Mackie HD, I was greeted by Chris Hull. He was a great help in answering all of my question. He explained everything about the bike I was interested to purchase. After leaving that day I knew when I returned to make the purchase there would be "no" question in my mind that buying the bike would be done from the salesperson, Chris Hull. All the other staff all through the showroom were also very helpful, always offering to help. Particularly interesting because I am coming from a import car dealer as the service manager for 35 years. I am very impressed with all the staff at MACKIE HD.
Yes, last week I purchased the ULTRA CLASSIC ELECTRA GLIDE. My first H-D! Yes, special "thanks" go to Colleen and Chris. They were great help with putting the deal together. These people know how to look after "the customer" with great service. Hats off to all the staff at Mackie H-D. "
