"This was my first time dealing with Mackie HD. Jordan in parts was very helpful as I was putting alot of money into having my 2001 Road King upgraded/rebuilt.
He was very helpful in recommending replacement parts and patient as I kept adding to the list as the time went on, Servicing was very helpful as well when they contacted me to let me know of any problems that came up and provided sound advice on the work that had to be completed. Although a couple of minor glitches on picking up my bike( understandable as they had been working on it for a while). it was quickly sorted out and I was on my way.
I fully intend to have future dealings with Mackie HD and recommend them for the purchase of parts and accessories and service. I will be going back in the very near future. Thanks Mackie HD for all your help and great work."

I was so stoked to have my bike finally home I forgot how cold I was. They Are Number 1… No Doubt About It
Was in Mackies looking at bikes and admiring the Street Glides and scheduling some warranty work for my 2008 Ultra Classic Screamin Eagle. Chris in sales discussed retrofitting my bike to a Street Glide. It was then over to Jamie in chrome to discuss in detail and price out. We then went service to discuss the retrofit and the warranty work. Dave and Paul took over and scheduled my warranty work and retrofit at my convenience. They scheduled the pickup of my bike at my home and kept me abreast of the work being done via telephone. When the bike was completed I was invited over to look at the retrofit and Duncan and Tim walked me through the retrofit.
I am very fussy about my bike and Duncan did the retrofit over and beyond what was expected. He even cleanup some items that were not quite right. Dave and Paul then scheduled delivery of the bike back to my home. Bottom line is thanks to Chris, Jamie, Dave, Paul, Duncan and Tim for their exceptional customer service and work. The big question is why would you go to another dealer? The answer is easy… you WOULDN'T, not with this type of service from the time you walked in to the time you left.Hats of to Mackie… they are number 1… no doubt about it.

Prior to visiting Mackie Harley I met Scott Gundle at the 2015 International Motorcycle Show. I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise, he answered all my questions and was able to recommend many options to allow me to purchase my first Harley.
